Sixian Peng is from Jiangxi, China. He obtained his bachelor’s and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from Shandong University. He has extensive experience in the property regulation of biobased polymers, particularly in microstructural design and 3D printing. For his work, he has co-authored publications in journals such as Chemical Engineering Journal and Carbohydrate Polymers. He joined Zhao’s Lab to work on the structure-function optimization of TPMS scaffolds. In his spare time, Sixian enjoys ball games, calligraphy, and music.
